Dear Colleague, Friend, Member, Brother and Sister,

First of all, we wish you and your beloved good health against COVID-19.

As you all know, we are organizing 8th International Smart Grid Conference that is technically co-sponsored by IEEE IES and IAS on June 17-19, 2020, in Paris, France.

Due to COVID-19 all over the World, we discussed the situation with IEEE and they allowed us to organize icSmartGrid on a digital platform. So that, all papers presented at icSmartGrid will be published in IEEE Xplore digital library.

Then, we prepared a questioner and asked all users registered on icSmartGrid web site.

We have received many responses from users.

According to the survey done,
51.7% for organizing icSmartGrid on digital platform
36.7% for postponing icSmartGrid
11.7% for canceling icSmartGrid

So, the organizing committee has decided to use a digital platform to do icSmartGrid on time in order to keep the sustainability of our high-level academic activity.

If your abstract is not ready yet, you can ask for additional time. Since, icSmartGrid will be organized on a digital platform, we will have plenty of time to get ready before the conference dates.

In the meantime, the organizing committee has already decided on the registration fees as given below link;

Please, distribute this message among your networks and ask your colleagues to contribute icSmartGrid. Since, we have already closed universities and been studying at home, we have more time to complete our conference papers.
